INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE:

Paying rent does not make sense!  Why pay someone else´s mortgage?  You could pay the same amount per month and build EQUITY!  My personal residence has more than doubled since I bought it in 2004!!!  If you do not own a home, hop on it now; if you own a home start buying rental properties.  Get in now, or miss out!

I own rental properties.  Why?  My tenants pay my mortgages, HOA fees, and taxes plus a little "fluff" and I enjoy the gain in EQUITY!  When are you going to retire?  I have a plan, you should too!

Seriously, your 401K combined with Social Security (which probably won´t be there anyway) is not going to be enough.  Even if you really like ramen noodles, you will be working the rest of your life if you don´t plan ahead!  Real property (Real Estate) is the ONLY time proven investment.  Add to that the fact you can leverage it easily!

DEFINITION:  Leveraging:  using other people´s money.  Man, I love this country!
