I own rental properties.  Why?  My tenants pay my mortgages, HOA fees, and taxes plus a little "fluff" and I enjoy the gain in EQUITY!  When are you going to retire?  I have a plan, you should too!

Seriously, your 401K combined with Social Security (which probably will not exist anyway) is not going to be enough.  Even if you really like clipping coupons, you will be working the rest of your life if you don't plan ahead!  Real property (Real Estate) is the ONLY time proven investment.  Add to that the fact you can leverage it easily!

DEFINITION...  Leveraging:  using other peoples money.  Man, I love this country!

Now is not a good time to sell your real estate in Arizona. I strongly suggest that in this economy you hold onto any real property you own, and buy more if you can.
