Paying rent does not make sense! Why pay someone else's mortgage? You could pay the same amount per month and build EQUITY! And it has NEVER been a BETTER time to buy property in Arizona! If you do not own a home, hop on it now; if you own a home start buying rental properties. Get in now, or miss out!

FIRST TIME BUYERS:
Are you aware of the tax credit you'll get if you buy a home now? I'm not a tax guy, but I can tell you that it is huge! Also, did you know that with FHA you can buy a home with as little as 3% down? And did you know that this money can be gifted from a family member (like your parents)? And that's not all: If you are Hell bent on playing in the fixer upper arena, FHA has a loan for that too where you can even borrow funds to do some rehab work!

INVESTORS:

I own rental properties. Why? My tenants pay my mortgages, HOA fees, and taxes plus a little "fluff" and I enjoy the gain in EQUITY! When are you going to retire? I have a plan, you should too!

Seriously, your 401K combined with Social Security (which probably will not exist anyway) is not going to be enough. Even if you really like clipping coupons, you will be working the rest of your life if you don't plan ahead! Real property (Real Estate) is the ONLY time proven investment. Add to that the fact you can leverage it easily!

DEFINITION... Leveraging: using other peoples money. Man, I love this country!

SELLING REAL ESTATE:

Now is not a good time to sell your real estate in Arizona. I strongly suggest that in this economy you hold onto any real property you own, and buy more if you can.

However, sometimes it is still necessary to sell. In that case I discount my commission and can save you thousands of dollars when listing your property. Add to that my experience and credentials and you'll see I will serve you as if I were selling a property of my own.
